Our Process

1. The Land

A house needs land. The first step after organising your fianace is to either speak to us before or after the land purchase. We can guide you as to what you can find depending on the land size.

2. The consultation

Once you have purchased the land, we’ll go through some of our past builds in our selection studio. We’ll show you some of the samples of materials we’ve used. The variety of finishes and fixtures can be overwhelming at this stage. Our interior design team can help guide you in your choices. And, once the build has started, you’re free to change your mind. We give advice on where they should spend their money and where they shouldn’t. we guide them at each and every stage.

3. The Design

We design a custom plan according to your tastes, budget and requirements. This isn’t a quote, it’s a discussion to find out what we can achieve together with your budget. The next important and exciting step is to commence the design. We ask for a design deposit and move to the next phase.

4. We give you price

A quote is an important document for us. It’s the accumulation of your ideas with our design team and expert trades. We give you a fixed price standard. Due to our flexible options, you can change your materials at any time, which is why we refer to our quote as the standard. Next, we order materials, get council approvals and commence the build.

5. Building

As you watch your plans become a reality, don’t feel limited to the choices you made during the planning stage. We encourage you to visit our Selection Studio and see if you want to stick by your original choices. If you choose to upgrade with Kuber Homes, we only charge for the difference. “The whole journey of the build is very easy for them because they can alter, change or select at any time with no cost.” We keep you informed and up to date from our first conversation to handing over the keys.
